The Virginia Jural Assembly is our Lawful Court Structure, it is populated and operated by "the people". If you feel called to assist in re-establishing our American Common Law Courts and participating in and upholding the Public Law on Virginia, and you are willing to stand for your brothers and sisters to bring about true Justice, please consider joining us and getting involved in the process. We believe this to be the most profound and essential action we can take at this time. Those who know must act, and those who act must do so expediently and with wholehearted commitment.
The Virginia Jural Assembly, comprised of the Living people and Lawful People holding Superior, Concurrent General Jurisdiction on the soil, Land, sea and air pertaining to the established boundaries and borders of our nation-state; we exemplify the responsibility of care for "the people".
We are men and women standing in Honor and we enact our Public Duty to populate the Public Offices of the Land and soil jurisdictions which uphold and enliven the legislative structure and Lawful courts on Virginia; the Virginia Jural Assembly embodies the following precepts; Do No Harm, Be in Honor, Act in Kindness and Leave Life Better.
In order to Keep the Peace and facilitate flow and focus in Assembly, we have accepted these foundational, operational procedures to clarify and express our requirement for Honor and respect between and among the people.
Those who serve in Public Office for our Jural Assembly Pillar will support the reclamation and preservation of our American Common Law Courts, our Free Will, Self-Determination and the Sovereignty of Virginia and her people. Our People are held to a high standard of integrity. This document is a template that may be autographed by the men and women who are elected and are willing to serve in Public Office for our court system. Each man and woman is also welcome to draft their own Affirmation of Honor, stated in their own words, and presented to the Jural Assembly Body as their statement of intent.
